These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online education platform ("Platform") provided by Kruel Tech Academy, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our." By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

5. Arbitration
5.1. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of CONCILLIARE - Global Arbitration System, which can be found at www.concilliare.com
5.2. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with CONCILLIARE's rules.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6.2. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
7. Termination
7.1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or our business.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and the latest revision date will be indicated at the top of the Terms.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any updates or modifications thereto. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
